So what's the status of MICO, WICED and the whole EMW3165 module?

I don't know but it seems this module is dying before even starting. - Status of Linux/Mac support? GCC... - Official support of WICED? - MICO isn't even on github now, they said it'll be back in september. Almost mid October, and nothing so far. I'm literally just looking at the modules now... noth...

How do you that you actually soldered it correctly? I didn't add any solder to it, just used the base solder with some flux. I can't test it now given that there's no MICO on github.... what now? Nothing on the serial port when I connect it.

To be honest, that's the worst development board... I already have one and they use 2.0 mm headers rather than the standards. Also come one, all this size and they couldn't have the module soldered from the inside, the antenna inside rather than outside the board for extra spaces... IT came a bit st...

I bought 2 pieces from doit. The sad part is that the software is limited to Windows. I might make a crossplatform command line flasher with Go. I'll see what I can understand for the WifiMCU flasher project on github.

Yeah, I noticed that on Taobao also. EMW3165 modules are going for around ~$6.25 and the WifiMCU is going for around ~$8.55.
